Baliqu Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business. Please review the details below before making your booking.
1 How to Cancel Your Booking
You can cancel your car rental booking through any of the following methods:
- Send a WhatsApp message to +62 851-7529-9919 with your booking reference number.
- Email [email protected] with the subject line "Cancellation Request - [Booking ID]".
- Contact our 24/7 hotline at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations are considered complete only when you receive a confirmation message from our team. Please keep this confirmation for your records.
2 Cancellation Fees & Timeframes

3 Modifying Your Booking
If you need to change your booking dates, vehicle type, or pickup location instead of cancelling, we encourage you to request a modification. Modifications are free of charge when requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to vehicle availability.
- Date changes: Allowed without fee if the same vehicle class is available.
- Vehicle upgrades: You may upgrade to a higher class by paying the difference.
- Location changes: Pickup/dropoff location changes within Bali are free if requested 24h in advance.
4 Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected events happen. In cases of force majeure, we will work with you to find the best solution:
- Flight cancellations: Provide your airline cancellation notice for a full refund or free rescheduling.
- Natural disasters: Volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, or severe weather warnings affecting Bali travel — full refund or credit for future use.
- Medical emergencies: Provide a medical certificate for a full refund.
- Government travel restrictions: Full refund or unlimited credit for future bookings.
5 Early Returns
If you return the vehicle earlier than the agreed rental end date, please note that no refunds or credits are issued for unused rental days. However, you will still be eligible to receive your full security deposit refund (subject to vehicle condition inspection).
6 Our Right to Cancel
In rare circumstances, Baliqu reserves the right to cancel a booking and provide a full refund:
- Vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical failure or accident.
- Unsafe weather conditions prevent safe vehicle operation.
- Renter fails to meet eligibility requirements at pickup (invalid license, underage, etc.).
- Fraudulent or suspicious booking activity detected.
